Our Sessions - What to Expect
Short term counselling
Short term therapy (between six and twelve weeks in duration) is appropriate for situational problems such as conflicts at work, communication issues within relationships, specific parenting challenges.
Longer term counselling
Long term therapy (longer than twelve weeks in duration and open ended) is particularly beneficial in addressing issues relating to an individual that have impacted on the quality of life over an extended period. These might be debilitating anxiety or depression.
Length of sessions
Each session lasts for 50 mins.
In the session we will sit and you can talk about anything that’s on your mind, big or small, profound or everyday, past or present, fears, feelings, ideas, thoughts...it’s what’s important to you that matters.
