How does it work?
Through the safe connection we build together, we can explore the struggles you are facing and what you’re experiencing. I will listen carefully to you, my aim is to understand and be alongside you so you feel less alone. You can start to process your feelings, make sense of things, reconnect to yourself and begin to feel better. You can find ways of coping, develop self acceptance and self-care and begin to make the changes you would like in your life.
With my genuine, warm, non judgemental, empathic approach you can begin to experience a more fulfilled life and improved relationships with yourself and others.
I’m a Person-Centred Humanistic therapist who creates a safe therapeutic relationship with you where you will be fully accepted as you are, and we can work out together how to move forward in your life.
