Lizzie Gilbert Counselling

About Lizzie - Qualifications and Experience

Choosing a counsellor is a personal decision, and it can be helpful to know a little about the person you may be working with.

I’m a BACP Registered and Accredited counsellor with 12 years experience, alongside extensive training in person-centred counselling and psychotherapy. I keep up with latest developments in therapuetic practice so I can offer thoughtful, ethical and supportive care.

I believe that a good therapuetic relationship really matters, one where you feel listened to, respected, and accepted for who you are. My aim is to create a welcoming space where you can explore difficult things in a safe and confidential way.
